THE SESSION
EXPERIENCE

Arrival & Touch-Up
Each team member arrives on a 2-minute cadence. Angela Lee provides on-the-spot hair touch-ups and shine reduction — ensuring everyone looks camera-ready before stepping in front of the lens.

Portrait Session
Nick Merzetti directs a brief, guided session. Multiple frames are captured per person. The environment is efficient but relaxed — designed to put subjects at ease and produce natural, confident expressions.

On-Site Selection
Each person selects their preferred image on-site, immediately after their session. No waiting. No guessing. The selection is confirmed before they leave the studio.

Online Gallery
A private online gallery is delivered the following day containing all captured images. Team members can review their full set and confirm their selection.

World-Class Retouching
High-end, publication-quality retouching commences immediately after the session. Each image receives individual attention — colour grading, skin refinement, and final polish.

Final Delivery
All 100 retouched portraits are delivered within 10 business days of the session via a private, high-resolution download gallery.

Deposit to Confirm
A 50% deposit of $7,825 CAD + HST is required to secure the June 4 session date. The date will not be held without a confirmed deposit.

Balance Due
The remaining 50% balance of $7,825 CAD + HST is due on the day of the session, prior to commencement. Payment by e-transfer or corporate cheque.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the session date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit.

Proposal Validity
This proposal and the rates contained herein are valid until May 9, 2025. After this date, pricing is subject to change and a revised proposal may be required.
